The best thing we can say about Riverdale right now is that it’s almost over. Because as fun as it is to tie up loose ends and bring back the incomparable Ashleigh Murray, all of these callbacks feel too little, too late. Yes, there’s some fun numbers and some giggles as Betty finally realizes there’s an outlet for her teen horniness. Veronica makes her mark in show business, and Jughead invents a certain teen witch we’ve been familiar with.
